We ship WMutes worldwide from Barcelona.
Each order is carefully prepared and dispatched the next working day. Personal engraving is prepared with the same care and no extra delay.
We offer tracked standard shipping and express shipping options. Available services and final costs are shown at checkout before payment.
For international orders, shipping and applicable import charges are included in the final checkout price in most cases, so you do not have to worry about unexpected extra costs on delivery.
If you need your WMutes for a specific date, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to help.
Returns
Non-personalized WMutes may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us before sending the product back. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund your order, including the original shipping cost paid at checkout.
Engraved or otherwise personalized WMutes cannot be returned unless they are defective or we made an error with your order.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos. We will review the case and offer the appropriate solution.
Invoices
All prices shown on the website are final customer prices. If you need a VAT invoice, please contact us after placing your order. Intra-EU VAT-exempt invoices can only be issued to businesses or professionals with a valid EU VAT number.
