Scope
These terms apply to purchases made through the WMutes online store.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that the information provided is correct and accepts these terms, together with our Shipping & Returns and Privacy information.
Products
WMutes are individually hand-finished. Slight variations in texture, colour or surface may occur and are part of the character of each piece.
Product photographs may appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings.
Prices and payment
All prices and available payment methods are shown during checkout.
The complete amount payable, including applicable taxes and shipping costs, is displayed before the order is confirmed.
Businesses requiring an invoice must provide the corresponding invoicing details. VAT exemption within the European Union can only be applied when the legal requirements are met and a valid EU VAT number is provided.
Orders
Before confirming an order, customers can review the selected products, quantities, delivery details and final price.
An order is accepted once payment has been completed and an order confirmation has been issued.
We may contact the customer if information is incomplete, an option is incompatible with the selected product or an evident technical or pricing error has occurred.
Engraving and personalization
Customers are responsible for checking the exact text, spelling and capitalization submitted for engraving.
Slight differences in placement may occur because every engraving is adapted to the individual WMute.
Personalized products cannot be returned unless they are defective, incorrect or do not match the accepted order instructions.
Shipping and returns
Preparation, delivery, returns and refund conditions are explained on our Shipping & Returns page.
Non-personalized products may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery, subject to the conditions described there.
The customer is responsible for the direct return shipping cost unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrect.
Defective or incorrect products
If an order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, the customer should contact us as soon as possible with the order number and clear photographs.
We will provide the remedy required under applicable consumer law.
Damage caused by misuse, impact, unsuitable storage, unauthorized modification or normal wear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Product use
Customers are responsible for choosing the appropriate WMute for their instrument and using it according to the available instructions.
WMutes must be placed, removed and stored with reasonable care.
Intellectual property
The WMutes name, product designs, photographs, videos, texts, illustrations and graphic materials belong to WMutes or are used with authorization.
They may not be reproduced, modified, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.
Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection legislation.
Information necessary to process payment, prepare the order and arrange delivery may be shared with the corresponding service providers.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law.
For purchases made by consumers, the mandatory consumer-protection rules and jurisdiction applicable to the customer remain fully valid.
