The practice mute by Wmutes is specially designed to produce a high quality strong muted sound for your instrument

The amount of muted sound is similar to a standard hotel/practice mute, but its design and materials produce a much richer, stable and focused sound.
Made of an especially refined brass, Wmutes are plated with gold (1mc 24k), ruthenium or silver with the same sound quality.
Choose also between a mate or bright finish of the piece.

A rubber-cork inner surface allows a smooth fitting on the bridge, and it's integrated clip-like system highly improves the usability.

Doesn't change string intonation and doesn't generate any uncomfortable wolf notes.

Wmutes offers the possibility to personalize your pratice mute up to 15 characters.

Spectacular!

Dear W Mutes,I received my mute yesterday, and am absolutely delighted with it. It sounds excellent, does not, in any way, affect the tone of the instrument when in the 'off' position, and does not rattle. It also looks spectacular in highly-polished gold! Absolutely perfect

This practice mute is the best I ever put on my violin's bridge! It's super light, it muffles perfectly the sound but doesn't distort it too much. The mute is also small so it doesn't interfere with the view I usually have on my fingerboard. Practicing with it gives you discretion but it quite feels like practicing without a mute.
And... It's so beautiful ! Love it
